Your purchase is complete.

Two emails are on their way from info@pmri.co.za. The first confirms your order. The second contains your access details and the link to your content. If you do not see them within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Your username has been sent to you in the account email. It is usually based on your email address. Keep note of it as you will need it each time you log in. If you did not receive a username, you can log in with the email address you used at checkout.

In the same email there is a link that says “Click here to set your new password.” Click that link and choose your own password. Do this before trying to access your content.

Once your password is set, go to pmri.co.za/my-account and log in using your username or email address, and the password you just created.

After logging in, click on My Courses in the menu. Your purchased session or recording will be listed there with a direct link. You can return to it at any time by logging in and going to My Courses.
