Webinars
for Legal Professionals

Two hours that change how you work.

Four recorded training sessions for legal professionals, R450 each, and a seasonal fifth for the end of the year. Every one is a full session with Maryke Swarts, recorded live, with the workbook that goes with it. You get access the moment you pay and it never expires. Buy the one that names your problem, or take all four as a set and save R360.

Developed jointly by a behavioural specialist and a legal professional in practice since 1999, and taught by the behavioural specialist who has spent three years working with legal professionals. Nothing in these sessions asks you to work less or care less. They show you what the work does to your mind and give you tools that hold on a Monday.

Seventy hours of work produces the same output as fifty-five. Hours beyond the threshold do not compound expertise.

Goal Setting for Legal Professionals

You can run a complex matter to the day, and your own plans keep slipping to next year. Why goals collapse under a full diary, and a one-page plan that survives it.

High-Performance Productivity for Legal Professionals

Your day is spent reacting: email, calls, the urgent thing. Why an interruption costs far more than the minutes it takes, and how to get real thinking time back.

Burnout Prevention Framework

You are tired in a way a weekend does not fix, and the work is starting to show it. What burnout actually is in the brain, how to tell which stage you are at, and a prevention plan built for a legal workload.

The Leadership Dilemma in Law

You were excellent at the work, so you were put in charge of people, and nobody taught you how. Why strong practitioners struggle as leaders, and the skills that hold a legal team together.

Why PMRI

Every session is developed jointly by a behavioural specialist and a legal professional in practice since 1999, and delivered by the behavioural specialist, for legal professionals only. The examples are legal examples. The tools are built for the way a legal week actually runs, with court dates, client urgency and interruptions already assumed.

Free webinars

Free sessions with the Law Society of South Africa.

Since 2025 we have run a series of free one-hour sessions with the Law Society of South Africa, for attorneys, candidate attorneys and women in law, on stress, cognitive load, burnout prevention, mindset and leadership. The explanation is the point: once you understand why you are so tired, why you cannot sleep and why the stress does not switch off, you stop thinking you are doing it wrong, and the methods finally make sense. The recorded webinars on this page are the fuller, two-hour versions of that work, with the workbook the free sessions could not include.

For the last quarter: the end-of-year reset

A seasonal session, sold on its own rather than in the set. It is built for the stretch from October to the holidays, when everyone is tired and the deadlines are not, and it comes with a 96-page recovery workbook, the Holiday Reset Protocol and a plan for January.

End-of-Year Stress and Burnout Reset

It is the last stretch of the year, you are running on fumes, and you already know the holiday will not fix it. Why the nervous system stays switched on, how to reset it deliberately, and the Holiday Reset Protocol so that leave actually restores you. With a 96-page recovery workbook.

What to expect

Each session runs about two hours, recorded live, with the workbook that goes with it. It explains the mechanism first, what the brain is doing under this kind of load and why, and only then the method, so every tool arrives with its reason. You work through the workbook as you watch, and you finish with a written plan you can use the next morning. The legal frame runs through all of it: what this looks like in a practice, a firm, a set of articles.
