The Ultimate Time Management Course for Legal Professionals
For legal professionals whose days are run by other people’s deadlines. How attention actually works, why interruptions cost more than the minutes they take, and a practical way to plan a week that survives contact with practice.

Stress and Burnout Prevention for Legal Professionals
For legal professionals who are still performing but can feel the cost. What stress does in the body and the brain, how burnout builds in stages, and the habits that keep you out of it while the workload stays the same.
Looking for something shorter? The recorded webinars are two-hour sessions on a single problem, from R450: see the webinars. For training at your firm or for your legal team, start here. Buying for a team? Every seat after the first is 10% off at checkout.
Built around a legal week.
Each course is a series of short recorded modules with a workbook, made for people who do not have an afternoon to spare. You watch a module when the diary allows, apply one thing that week, and come back to the next when you are ready. Nothing expires, and the workbook stays yours.
Who they are for
Attorneys, advocates, candidate attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance teams. The examples come from South African practice, and the methods are explained before they are prescribed, so you understand why they hold.
What you receive
Lifetime access to every module, a workbook with the exercises and planning tools, and worksheets you can print for the desk. A team seat is 10% off for every seat after the first.
How long it takes
Most people finish the burnout course in three to four weeks and the time management course in six to eight, working through one or two modules a week. Both can be done faster if the need is urgent.
The legal knowledge and the neuroscience, in the same course.

Maryke Swarts
Designs the frameworks and presents every module. Honours in Psychology, BCom in Behavioural Sciences, registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA, and more than ten years of coaching professionals under pressure.

Sonja Cilliers
Co-develops each course so that it fits the reality of legal work: in legal practice as an attorney and advocate since 1999, and a member of the Pretoria Bar since 2005.
